I’m Faith Salander — a professional violinist who believes live music turns moments into memories. I’ve performed for intimate backyard ceremonies, garden weddings, and elegant ballrooms across Illinois and surrounding states. My approach is warm, attentive, and detail oriented: I help you choose the right musical selections, coordinate with your planner and officiant, and arrive early so your music is flawless.

I play acoustic and amplified violin and can perform solo, with backing tracks for a fuller sound, or collaborate with a pianist or other string musicians. My repertoire ranges from classical ceremony standards to acoustic pop arrangements and covers of first dance favorites.

When I’m not on stage or traveling for celebrations, I’m spending time with my husband & kiddos, teaching my violin students, and enjoying iced coffee and pup cups with my dogs, Ody & Brownie.
